JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Purpose
- The Job holder will perform credit review and identify early warning signals of clients under CIBG segment, MM and USME
- Participating in research, proposing/coordinating the implementation of projects on building/converting technology/debt recovery tools for the whole system.

2. Key accountabilities:
- Strictly follow all internal regulations within the Bank
- Perform tasks in accordance with policy, regulation, process and guidance
- Work under job assignment and training of Techcombank, Function/Division
- Conduct frequent and ad hoc credit review in accordance with procedures and guidance for credit review and management after disbursement.
- Create analysis report to evaluate risks after review, assess effect, propose relationship orientation, risk mitigation methods, coordinate with CIBG in monitoring correction
- Prepare lessons (lessons learnt) based on the cases that customers need to pay attention to / customers incurbad debts
- The job holder is responsible for monitoring the customer portfolio they manage and forecasting debt quality
- Build database for customer evaluation and portfolio management.
- Participating in research, proposing/coordinating the implementation of projects on building/converting technology/debt recovery tools for the whole system.
